Simple ways to lose weight
One of the simplest changes you can gradually make in your life to lose weight and keep it off, is to make a point every day to eat something fresh picked and raw.
There are many reasons for this;
The nutrient content is far greater, as I firmly believe that there are vital enzymes, micro nutrients or trace elements that or lost
or “die” within hours of being picked, and I feel that these are vital for regeneration of the body and the cells within the body.
Fresh raw foods naturally have more nutrients, by having more nutrients you will feel less hungry, because when you do have a nutrient deficiency, you always seem to feel hungrier and crave processed, sweet or fatty foods, which are the weight gain foods.

there is a list of foods that MAKE you lose weight, but a simple change to start with is just make a point every single day to eat more raw food and less processed food.
Eating more raw foods will help you to have less fatty and heavily processed foods, and this alone will help you to stop gaining weight and lose it instead.
The best time to eat fruit is 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Quite often you will find that if you have just fruit for breakfast, it’s easier to have more fruit as snacks during the day.

A very simple and easy salad dressing I make is with a pure, 1st cold pressed olive oil, apple cider
vinegar and some raw crushed garlic, often I add some paprika, pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, but it depends on the salad I am having it with.
